Did you know that all food handlers need food hygiene training?

We offer individuals the opportunity to enhance their skills and employment opportunities in the world of catering and hospitality. Whether you want training to meet the various mandatory food hygiene requirements in the UK or to develop your cooking and customer skills further with appropriate NVQ courses, then consider us as your preferred training provider.

You may or may not be new to the world of catering, perhaps working in a restaurant, hotel or pub, for instance. You may be serving food, preparing it or even managing on-site customers around the clock at hotels, local authority establishments. You may be the organisation's proprietor. Even occasional hospitality requires you to have basic training if you handle any food provision - this even applies to camping and church organisations, for instance.

Time: 9:15am for 09:30-16:30 (one-day) course

Cost: £60.00 per person (plus VAT = £70.50, unless your employer/voluntary organisation is paying for staff/volunteer training in which case this course is VAT exempt)

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector.

  • Principles of safe food storage
