Training Matters uses only the best trainers, who come with both the standard of teaching and and with strong prior industry experience. All trainers are qualified to provide the basic food hygiene course and registered as accredited trainers through the appropriate examination boards. For other courses we also use only accredited trainers.
Industry experience we can offer (in both practical terms and for more tailored commercial training or tailored delivery of existing courses), covers all manner of catering & hospitality work from extensive chefing skills at the best of London 5-star hotels to silver-service, bar work and other front of house restaurant. Other first-hand experience of catering management includes servicing on-site guests at hotel operations, college halls of residence, boarding schools, and holiday camping organisations for children.
We can even train trainers.
We are used to fitting in at customer sites for dedicated corporate training and in forming groups of individuals with varying needs. Our trainers have strong experience of training the staff of hotels, restaurants, public houses, local authority schools, residential care/nursing homes, day-care family centres & nurseries, church volunteers, holiday and camping organisation workers, other charities and private individuals. We also supply interim trainers to other training organisations and to colleges of further education.
